ON-SITE™ UNIVERSITY offers weekend classes to new and existing ON-SITE™ equipment owners in two convenient locations - on the west coast in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and on the east coast in Charlotte, NC.

Attendees have personal, hands-on training with ON-SITE™ equipment and learn the latest techniques for cleaning all types of window treatments. This includes the use of a proprietary cleaning head developed specifically for LUMINETTE Privacy Sheers® and acknowledged by Hunter Douglas as the most effective means of cleaning their window treatment, right where it hangs without shrinkage or damage.

Training also includes techniques in cleaning DUETTE® honeycomb shades and SILHOUETTE® window shadings by Hunter Douglas, fabric verticals (Millenia™), pinch pleats, sheers, valances, cornices, balloons, swags, jabots and roman shades. In addition, participants learn tips and tricks for cleaning upholstery, lamp shades and oriental rugs, as well as the application of fabric protectants on various fabrics.

Participants also learn how to use ON-SITE™'s spotting tool and chemicals to effectively clean spots and stains on all fabrics. The instructor for the three-day session is a professional cleaner, with a minimum of 25 years experience and an expert in the use of ON-SITE™ equipment. The second part of the course is designed to give you comprehensive marketing information about how you can market your On-Site™ service. Upon completion of the three-day classes, certification is awarded to all graduates.
