Q. What portion of the overall training and marketing seminar
helped you the most?
Robert & Dana Fularz, Kensington Interiors: Instruction
of cleaning of new products and spot cleaning.
Lydia & Gary Cress, Custom Drapery Plus: Learning
Luminette® cleaning and spot cleaning information.
Joe Rosa, Polo Cleaners: Hands-on training was the
most important.
Donna LaRosa, Centsible Decor: Using the machine
with the support of the On-Site™ University, it made this
so much less intimidating. In marketing, I had no idea how
many places the On-Site™ cleaning can be used.
Jerrilynn Reppert, BCU Service: Letting people know
you can clean more than window treatments. The pricing of
the jobs.

actual cleaning of the blinds. Having no experience, we really
needed the introduction to the different types of treatments.
Q. Do you feel more confident about
using your new equipment?
Lydia & Gary Cress, Custom Drapery Plus: Yes, definitely!
Even though we've been doing this for 3 years, we have learned
a lot of information and helpful hints.
Joe Rosa, Polo Cleaners: I feel that I can go back
and start using the machine right away. I had read the book,
but this is a lot different.
David Leyhue, David's WindoWorks: Absolutely - I
am glad I did not have time to learn bad habits, but to see
how it should be done with the least problems.

thinking of using On-Site™ in limited capacity. Now I am comfortable
using it 100%.

prepared ahead of seminar were answered during the instruction.
Jeff covered all areas.

was very good and thorough.

their time to help you understand what and how things need
to be done. They are very personable, friendly and professional!

Q. How do you rate the training facilities?

class facility.
Bob & Adam Stave, Sew Clean: The training facility
was very well equipped. The instruction areas and actual training
areas were great!
Jens & Marlys Wiegand, Adrette Corporation: The
separate areas with Hunter Douglas products to clean was excellent.
We weren't expecting this!

doing the work was the greatest - you could ask questions
and get help.
Q. Would you recommend ON-SITE™ University?
Robert & Dana Fularz, Kensington Interiors: Absolutely!
Any new employees we would hire would definitely benefit from
this training.
Bob & Stephanie Stave, Sew Clean: Definitely! We
have been using the system for about 18 months and learned
primarily from going to homes and cleaning. The University
is much more effective than a training video or manual. Sessions
like this should be mandatory, because having On-Site™ machines
out there being used by Non-Certified people may give On-Site™
a bad reputation.
